★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst service that you may ever get I really regretted owning a Hyundai vehicle in Saudi Arabia.
No sense of customer service at all
I came 3 days in a row just 40 minutes before closing time and everytime they reject to take my car for oil change because they say that they already have 3 cars waiting in line. I just needed oil change which it won't take more than 15-20 minutes to be done.
I work 7 days a week 8-6 evening time how would I find time to come super early as the store manager suggested to me this is really ridiculous ?
I will shift to a company that can value customers and appreciate their loyalty.
