★ ★ ★ ★ ★ حي مفرح او "حير مفرح" هو احد الأحياء السكنية القديمة التاريخية بـقلب مدينة حائل المجاورة لمسجد برزان حالياً و قصر الحكم لإمارة حائل سابقاً حيث كان قصر الحكم لعائلة آل علي ومن بعدهم لعائلة آل رشيد. سمي برزان لبروزه عن المباني في ذلك الوقت القصر لم يتبق منه إلا البرجين الذين كانا يحيطان به .
حير مفرح يعتبر احد المعالم المهمة لبرزان مع بقية الأحياء الاخرى ويسكن هذا الحي سابقاً عدة عوائل عريقة وقديمة جداً في حائل أبرزها

Al-Farah neighborhood is one of the historic old neighborhoods in the heart of the city of Hail, which is currently adjacent to the Barzan Mosque and the ruling palace of the former Hail Emirate. Barzan was named for his appearance on the buildings at the time of the palace, leaving only the two towers that surrounded him.
Hafar Mefarh is one of the important landmarks of Barzan with the rest of the other neighborhoods. This neighborhood is inhabited by several ancient and very old families in Hail, most notably
