★ ★ ★ ★ ★ يعيبه قلة المدارس والجوامع، وطبيعة الأرض بها ارتفاعات وانخفاضات عالية، ولكن بشكل عام موقعه جيد بين أبها والخميس، ويغلب عليه طابع الهدوء العام.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ حي راقي وموقع ممتاز جدآ جدآ لكن لاتوجد الخدمات من المياه والالياف البصريه ومدارس بنين وبنات ومركز صحي....الزفلت والارصفه داخل الحي قديمه جدآ تحتاج إلى صيانه ....
An upscale neighborhood and a very very excellent location, but there are no services such as water, optical fibers, boys and girls schools, a health center .... The asphalt and sidewalks inside the neighborhood are very old and need maintenance ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ يحتاج بكل امانه إلى حدائق وصيانة وإصلاح حواف الشارع المكسرة...وكذلك وجود كلاب سائبة بكثرة ...ارجوا من الامانه الانتباه لمثل هاذي الملاحظات بكل صراحه وعدم التهاون ....شكرا.
