★ ★ ★ ★ ★ أتمنى الاهتمام بالجودة بشكل أكبر عشان يتوافق مع السعر (شخصياً اشوف السعر معقول لو كان بنفس جودة المطاعم الأخرى مثل سفن ربز)
هنا ملاحظاتي:
-أنصح الاهتمام بالخبز بحيث يكون بريوش ومحمص، ويكون طري جداً الحالي أقرب مايكون لسبونج من أنه بريوش.
-البطاطس لسبب ما، كأن فيه سكر ونوعيته/جودته دون المأمول
-البريسكت (اضفت ١٠٠ جرام عن طريق جاهز) مستواه جيد لكن جاني قطعة وحدة غليظة وكان الأفضل يكون شرائح سخيفة
-برجر البرسكت اضفت جبن شيدر ب ٣ ريال وتوقعي أنه جبن شيدر صدقي لكن طلع صوص شيدر (خاب ظني)
 I hope to pay more attention to quality in order to match the price (personally I see the price is reasonable if it is the same quality as other restaurants such as Seven Ribs)
Here are my notes:
I recommend that you pay attention to the bread so that it is brioche and toasted, and it is very mushy and present as a sponge as it is brioche.
Potatoes for some reason, as if they contain sugar and its quality/quality is less than what you hope for . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
- The brisket (I added 100 grams via Ready) is good, but I had a thick piece of it, and it was better to have ridiculous slices
- Brisket burger I added cheddar cheese for 3 riyals and I expected it to be cheddar cheese, believe me, but cheddar sauce came out (I was disappointed)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered from Hwobn's BBQ for delivery skomed beef cheek and brisket. They arrived in good and clean packaging. The meat was worm, moist, well smoked and delcious. It was well seasoned. It was my first experience with beef cheek. It was a good experience.
