★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الاستقبال سيء جدا اللي في الدور الارضي والدور الاول الاثنين اسوء من بعض المبنى قديم والدكاترة كويسين ومتعاونين وبالاخص طبيبة الاسنان د.رانية وطبيب الباطنة اللي راجعت عندهم اتمنى من الادارة تغيير موظفات الاستقبال الفترة الصباحية لان اسلوبهم سيء جدا
The reception is very bad, the one on the ground floor and the first floor on Mondays is worse than some of the old buildings. The doctors are good and helpful, especially the dentist Dr. Rania and the internist whom I visited. I wish the management to change the reception staff in the morning because their style is very bad.

الله يجزاه خير بإذن الله ماتكمل المغذي إلا والحرارة منخفضة
والاحتقان راح رغم إن لي ٣ أيام على خافضات الحرارة ولا تجيب نتيجة وتعاملي معه دائما منذ ٣سنوات لأن النوبة تتكرر
التمريض ممتاز ويدهم خفيفة
نظافة الأسرة ممتازة ويتم وضع مفرش بلاستيكي

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ مستوصف يخدم الطبقه الكادحه ولكن يجب تغيير موظف الاستقبال لفتره اخر الليل كونه يقوم بالتدخين امام باب المشفى وهذا لايقبله الجميع وكانت زيارتي بتاريخ ١٤٤٣/١٠/٦ ولا يجيد حسن التعامل مع المرضى واتوقع ان هذا الموظف (غمري)
A dispensary that serves the working class, but the receptionist must be changed for a period of late night, as he smokes in front of the hospital door, and this is not accepted by everyone. My visit was on 10/6/1443 and he is not good at dealing with patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ انتبهو من الدكتوره مرفت دكتوره ما عندها الا مضاد حيوي في العضل لكل حاله تمر عليها.
انا بنتي وديتها لها وقالت عندها التهاب في الأذن ولازم من مضاد بسرعه في العضل.
شكيت فيها ورحت لمستشفى ثاني وقابلت دكتور قال لا يوجد أي التهاب نهائي وعطوها خافظ فقط.
Watch out for Dr. Mervat, a doctor who has only intramuscular antibiotics for every case she goes through.
My daughter and I gave her a friend and she said she has an ear infection and she needs an anti-inflammatory quickly in the muscle.
I complained about her and went to a second hospital and met a doctor who said that there is no final infection and they only gave her a retainer.

والطبيب العام ممتاز
ويخدم حي حسام بالكامل
لكن بكل صراحة المبنى
قديم جدااا ومتهالك جداااا
لولا وجود الدكتور شادي بالطب العام ولا كان ماراجعنا
بصراحة من قوة ما المبنى مستهلك تشك بنظافة الاغراض وتخاف على صحتك
اتمنى من ادارة المستشفى للاهتمام بالنظافة وتجديد المبنى

It serves the entire Hossam neighborhood
