The food was tasteless , even the french fries are not worth it .
The staff definitely not happy and doesn't like working .. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went their for iftar. It was was below than average. Falafel didn’t have much flavor and hummus was not that good. Options were very limited and not enough. Drinks were too watery. This would be my last time visiting Hummus Refi. Must say that staff were nice but unfortunately doesn’t make up for the quality.

Their dine-in service is slow.
Really slow. SLOW.
I mean the slowest service I've ever seen in any place anywhere in the world.
It's not about how many customers they serve at the time but every single time we go we have to wait for like 15 minutes to get a hummus (which is ready and can be served in like 1 minutes 15 seconds).
Remember it's slow when you go there so bring some desserts or snacks with you for the wait.
I think placing a snacks vending machine next to their door will be very profitable business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful and reasonably priced restaurant , but 25 minutes to prepare the order is very long. However, the inconvenience in the family lounge is intolerable, allowing some parents to unleash their children to annoy other families by playing tabs or cell phones out loud without respecting other families sitting.
