★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their burgers aren't anything special and not worth for the price you pay. They do not have offers on a regular basis and they are expensive. I would prefer mcdonalds as they are cheap and have offers regularly. Staff are fine. I went here in the afternoon and there was only 1 staff who handled cashier as well as cooking job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Shameful behaviour of staff. After providing burger they told me they don't have mayonnaise. After eating half burger I asked them extra ketchup but they refused. I asked them give me either more ketchup or return my burger money. He thrown my burger in dustbin and did not return money. Never experienced this kind of disgusting and shameful behaviour and arrogance even in any local food shop. What kind of food chain is it. Truly lowest standard
