★ ★ ★ ★ ★ انا زرت المحل هذا بحثا عن المنتو او اليغمش اليمني القديم اللي كان يتباع قدام المدارس ايام زمان … وحقيقة الطعم والشكل طلع قريب جدا … ماهو في اكياس بلاستيك او اوراق جرائد لكن يفي بالغرض. اللي مايعرف المنتو او اليغمش اليمني من الاصل لا يجربه لانه اتوقع ماراح يعجبه كثير … عبارة عن طن عجين ونقطة لحمة مع بصل متروسة شطة?
I visited this shop in search of the old Yemeni mentto or yoghurt that was sold in front of schools in the old days... and the reality of the taste and shape came out very close... What is in plastic bags or newspaper papers, but it suffices the purpose. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للاسف التقيمات جدا مضللة وللاسف لو فيه أقل من نجمة لوضعتها للطعم والجودة والسعر...
بداية بمقليات الشيرة عجينة باحتراف والصورة تدل على عدم الاستواء "عجينة" والنوع الاخر مقليات بحمر للاسف نفس الوضع. طبعا الملح مليون لكن طعم صلصلة الحمر مقبولة جدا فقط كصلصة.
وبالنسبه لليغمش الله يسامح من يمدحه:
عبارة عن عجين وبصل وحفنه من بقايا لحم... قد يعجب الغالب لكن الحمدلله الطعم مايعجبني نهائي.
هذا رأي عن تجربة بنفسي ولااسمع لكلام احد سواءا إيجابية و سلبية..
اتمنى ان أصحاب المحل ياخذون التعليق باهتمام اعلى ويتحولون للأفضل.

The beginning of the fries with syrup is a professional dough, and the picture indicates that the “dough” is not flat, and the other type is fried with red, unfortunately the same situation. Of course, the salt is a million, but the taste of red sauce is very acceptable only as a sauce.
With regard to the blind, may God forgive those who praise him:
It consists of dough, onions and a handful of leftover meat... Most people may like it, but thank God the taste is what I don't like at all.
