★ ★ ★ ★ ★ سكنت فيه مع الاهل في رمضان. نضيف جدا وخدمات متكامله وسعر جدا ممتاز. موظفين محترمين جدااااا ومتعاونين وخاصة الاخ سعد. الباص الخاص يجي مجانا في الوقت المحدد اوبالاتصال خلال دقايق.
I lived there with parents in Ramadan. We add very integrated services and the price is very excellent. Very respectful and helpful staff especially brother Saad. Your private bus will come for free on time or call within minutes.

Bad hotel, services, asphalt, the phone is without wires, disconnected, the window is broken, it does not lock, there is no water heater, it serves as pitch, and a hotel is asphalt.

Clean and the service is nice, but its location is far from the Haram. A car or bus is required for the hotel

بعيد عن الحرم لابد من انتظار الباص او تاكسي
خدمات مثل الغلاية الكهربية او دواليب غير متوفرة في الغرف المتعددة
Good as clean but not as pictured
Far from the Haram, you must wait for the bus or taxi
Services such as an electric kettle or cupboards are not available in multiple rooms

يعتبر ٣ نجوم و لكن القائمين عليه ممتازين .
الغرف ممتازة تحتاج فقط لبعض التجديدات ( ثلاجة و الباب تبع الشاور)
احيانا نشم رائحة سيئة من الحمام .
Al Karam Hotel in Al Aziziyah, not a Brillant.
It is considered 3 stars, but the people behind it are excellent.
The rooms are excellent, just need some renovations (refrigerator and the door after the shower)
Sometimes we smell bad from the bathroom.
