★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel .... Round about 5 to 6 km from Masjid Haram... Providing free shuttle service... Inside hotel separate floor for meal and also one floor for Pakistani restaurant + one floor for Masjid however near hotel no extra food shops there.. should have some fast food "Roz Bukhari" etc ... So I am quite satisfied with this hotel

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Building is ok but the service is pathetic. I stayed 3 days first then 5 days but room was never cleaned. Garbage was taken after informing at counter but after the cross argumented. Only shuttle service is fine. Zero cooperation of staff
