★ ★ ★ ★ ★ نظيف و مرتب و خدمة الموظفين ممتازه متعاونين جدا .. لاكن مستوى الحمامات اقل من المتوقع ..
وفيه ميزه اضافيه الجلسات في المشربه الكوفي مع المطعم أعلى الفندق جميله وعلى اطلاله رائعه جدا مميز بالنسبه لفنادق خميس مشيط و الموظفين مهتمين بارضاء العميل ..واشكر الأخت مديحه لبة كل احتياجاتنا بكل حب و ذوق و اهتمت بجلستنا و كأننا ضيوف في بيتها .. جدا كانت ليله رائعه
 Clean and tidy and the service of the staff is excellent, very helpful.. but the standard of the bathrooms is less than expected..
And there is an additional advantage. The sessions in the kofi drink with the restaurant above the hotel are beautiful and have a wonderful view. Very distinct from the Khamis Mushait hotels and the staff are interested in customer satisfaction.. and I thank Sister Madiha, who fulfilled all our needs with love and taste, and she took care of our session as if we were guests in her house.. She was very a great night

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الغرفة الأولى لا يوجد انترنت والهاتف متعطل وقاموا بتغيير الغرفه وفي الغرفة الثانية كان التكييف لا يبرد وغادرة الفندق بعد اربع ساعات من الإقامة.
لا انصح بالإقامة في هذا الفندق.
موظفين الاستقبال ممتازين ومحترفين وحاولوا مساعدتي بتغيير الغرف واقناعي بعدم تغيير الفندق.
The first room had no internet and the phone was broken and they changed the room and in the second room the air conditioning was not cooling and I left the hotel after four hours of stay.
I do not recommend staying in this hotel.
Reception staff are excellent, professional and helpful.

Unwelcoming environment especially when it comes to breakfast services.
I strongly don’t recommend this place to anyone who is hoping to have an enjoyable time in the beautiful city of Khamis Mushayt.
I paid for 2 breakfast and never had one because of the fact they don’t respect time and also they were not honest and direct where they wanted to charge me again for breakfast that I already paid for.
