★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not great service ..... we said the receptionist to keep the room ready by the time we finished our umrah but then also they didn't and kept as waiting because they didn't had rooms later when we got the bathroom light wasn't working bed sheets were not properly clean one of the lift dont have a ground floor button when we asked them wifi password they said MASHALLAH ?
The only thing great about this hotel is the view from the window from the top floor rooms and other facilities are below average !!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would never recommend this hotel unless you can't find cheaper hotel anywhere else. The service is absolutely rubbish and I stud there just to ask for help from asian receptionist and I was being ignored all time.
Card of room does not work all time and need to go down to reception for fixing.
No room service available, clean room your self, no bedsheets changes etc.
Absolutely terrible service.
Do not book this hotel in Ramadan because the bus driver does not leave on time and does not stay on bus but walks around in makah. I have to stay in extremely heat just because bus driver was walking around for more then 30 minutes.
Other hotels have over 100 buses but this one has only 1.
