★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Embody’s armrest broke. They picked it up and said it would be fixed the next day. Turns out, they lied, and I wont get my chair until after the weekend. This would all be fine and dandy except for the fact that I would never have sent my chair to be gone for three extra days unnecessarily. I raised this up with the service manager and he got all passive aggressive with me. Absolutely pathetic behaviour for the price of the chair if you ask me.
Although I finally got my chair fixed, I would hope that they can at least try to sustain a sense of professionalism next time.

Unwelcoming receptionist ، this branch is almost abandoned , chair all of them are on dust ، although all chair are too expensive
