★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful selection of products from the region. The prices are over the top and not accessible to everyone but I guess that's part of the strategy. Although I love the place, customer service is lacking. The salesperson is not the friendliest and too busy to talk to clients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had some lovely things in their shop - quite unique. Unfortunately, the staff were not at all responsive in the abaya section upstairs so I didn't feel comfortable asking for help with the clothes I was interested in - lost sales! I think they need more training in customer service.
