كان تعاملي مع الاخ حسام. بصراحه يعجز اللسان عن وصف و اهتمام واحترافية هذا الموظف. اشتريت 4 منتجات من هوم لايت بدون اللمبات وبعد فترة بحثت عنهم ومالقيت النوع اللي ابغاه. تواصلت مع حسام و مع العلم ان اللمبات مو متوفرة عنده بالمحل الا انه راح يبحث ويسأل حتى حصل لي اللمبات اللي ادور عليها وقال لي وين احصلها.. بصراحه قليل تلاقي مثل هذا التعامل الطيب والجميل. الله
يوفقك يا حسام ويفتحها عليك ويرزقك من واسع فضله وانت خير من يمثل هوم لايت في خدمة العملاء

I bought 4 products from Home Light without the bulbs, and after a while I searched for them and found the type I wanted. I contacted Hussam knowing that the bulbs are not available to him in the shop, but he started searching and asking until I got the bulbs that I was turning on and he told me where did I get them ..
