Staff refuses in-store customers because cashiers duty is over!
Staff do not respect the customers! Their attitude is like customers are slaves of them!

My experience with Home Box and ordering online.
I advise one to reconsider online orders during the one of Ramadhaan.
Orders are delivered late at night by sometimes rude persons, although you're given the option of day time delivery hours on the site.
Reconsider using click & collect.
What they don't tell you when you use it, that it will take "3-5 working days" to collect.
Why bother??? It takes just as long if you had it delivered.
On another note
The female staff are very helpful.
