I was in Home box in Riyadh Gallery, and all the staff were not there!!! Some were hiding between the bathroom section something like that and laughing. Two of them on the garden couch showing something on the phone. One was coming to us, my husband asked her what we were looking for she didn t even stop from her walk to assist or to redirect us, she was rude. We found what we need,but we wanted other color,not i wanted to ask someone for that color, and i found one staff wich she met her friends, and she didn t spoke English, and said soemthing and her and her friends start to laugh, she just point to go to the cashier. Rude, laughing in my face. I went to cashier and there were some ladies bored enough, almost running when they hear me talking in english. In the end called someone that i could speak with. But rude, and bad atmosphere in the shop, you can t find them to ask something, and when you do, they are rude, and helpless!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Store is not budget place to buy furniture. Small place to pick up some household furniture or related items. Not much choice given that it's small in size. Prices also seems little high, comparitively to other furniture stores. Crowd level is too low even there is sale going on.

I purchased a number of items including seating, decorative and beddings which are my biggest regrets. Not only did I throw away my money but also learnt a hard lesson
I still have some of HBox items purchased in pathetic condition and whenever I use them, I can only curse on the bad quality
NEGATIVES
(-) bad and rude staff in Riyadh gallery store
(-) despite knowing the flaws of the items, sales people in the store force you to buy them ensuring top quality
(-) quality is extremely compromised as compared to IKEA, home center, homework etc
(-) price is quite compared to the poor quality of products (bedsheets, furniture like side table/sofa/bed, bean bags - worst possible quality, pillows etc)
Learnt my lesson and never went back to the store

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service- it’s been a week and my order has not been delivered. Customer service is poor - they won’t tell me what the problem is. Only response is we are finding a solution. How long does it take to deliver within Riyadh especially when they’ve been given the exact address 4 times. Very disappointing to know that a landmark company has such poor service. Issue is there is no one to speak to either. Only email and WhatsApp.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some products have no price tags and there’s no one to ask. The poor old women kept calling for someone to help and also felt helpless. Also at the counter there was no one to sell out of the three cashiers! And in the end we saw all the employees sitting together gossiping while there’s no one to serve. Me and my friend took what we needed and left promising this bad review!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essential house hold items are available in reasonable price. When you go with furniture costlier products are good. But quality of few furniture are not up to the mark. You must visit shop when they announce offer. Plenty of products are there. You will get idea to rearrange your sweet home when you visit here. Plenty of home decors are available in different prices. Must visit once.
