The worst quality dont not order anything from online
I made order about a month ago still didn't recieve it even the customers care dont want to provide help or information

1. delivery service takes too long approximately one week to 10 days,
2. furniture assembly team is NOT good they have damaged my product 2 times and refused to return the item the second time after being damaged (dining table) again and they have damaged another (dining table chair) and tried to hide it from me.
3. There is no customer care follow up after the delivery service is complete.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ we had our dog with us, inside his crate, and we were entering, but the security didn't allow. so we respected his words and said okay. then he was like get out, get out multiple times, I was taking with my wife in what should we do, he was not allowing us to stand inside the shop, not even near the entrance, he was asking us to get out of the shop. more over he was asking to wear a facemask for our dog, which is really strange.
then the manager came and he was nice, he talked to the security and still the security was calling me names in Arabic which I didn't understand, but was not good that much I guessed.
REALY THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER IN A LANDMARK GROUP.
really its really frustrating that amazed to see such employees in LANDMARK GROUP.
We will never go against company policy. If there is no entry for dogs we respect it, our concern in how the security got rid of us while we were entering. he could have been a bit polite, and i wont even write this.
