★ ★ ★ ★ ★ سيء جدا لانهم نصابين خاصة المحاسبة والمشرفة فرع حائل زودن سعر الغرفة اللي ابشتريها ١٩٩ ريال ولايعرفن الحساب انصحكم ماتاخذون منه والله على مااقول شهيد
Very bad because they are swindlers, especially the accountant and the supervisor. Hail branch. They provided the room price they bought 199 riyals. They do not know the account.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اشتريت منهم غرفة بشهر ١١ عام ٣٩هـ واليوم بتاريخ ١٧/١١/١٤٤٢ اكتب رأيي فيهم بكل أمانة :
١- غرفة النوم ممتازة جداً كخشب وجودة مفصلات وجميع القطع لازالت بحالة ممتازة.
٢- خدمات الصيانة مابعد البيع ممتازة جداً غيروا لي مفصلات السحب للدولاب وأيضا انكسر عندي حديد البلكاش اللي تحت السرير وصلحوه لي كامل مجاناً وسوو صيانة للغرفة.
رأيي إنهم شركة محترمة وجودة منتجاتهم وخدمتهم بعد البيع ممتازة ، أي شخص تناسبه اسعارهم لا يتردد يأخذ من هوم ستور ، اشكركم ?
I bought a room from them in the month of 11 in the year 39 AH and today on 11/17/1442 I write my opinion about them in all honesty:
1- The bedroom is very excellent as wood and the quality of the hinges and all the pieces are still in excellent condition.
2- The after-sales maintenance services are very excellent. They changed the pull-out hinges for the cupboard and also broke the iron under the bed and they fixed it for me completely free of charge and so did the maintenance of the room.
My opinion is that they are a respectable company, the quality of their products and their after-sales service is excellent. Anyone who suits their prices does not hesitate to take home store, thank you ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ خذيت منهم غرفه نوم في شهر 2 / 1443 تقريبا . واليوم حنا بشهر 5 /1443، الله وكيلكم طلبت يسوون صيانه فوق 5 مرات ...
يا اكتشف ان الدولاب مشطوب من داخل .. او البويه مقشره ... او يطلع لي خلل بالمفصلات ..أو شطب بالمرآيا .. او يطلع لك صوت بالسرير عاد هذا حكايه .. وكل هالعيوب ماشفناها الا وقت التنظيف مع مرور الايام .
لدرجه شكيت اني شاري غرفه مستخدمه من كثر مافيها من عيوب .
اختيار الغرفه ( صيني ) كان اختيار سيء جدا جدا جدا
المميز فيهم الصيانه متجاوبين معك . ويجون مايطولون .
نصيحه : وخر عن الغرف الصيني حتى لو دلعوك بسعرها .

Oh, discover that the cupboard has been chamfered from the inside..or the paint is peeled off..or a defect appears in the hinges..or a mirror is chamfered..or a sound appears in the bed. This is a story..and all of these defects we have only seen during the time of cleaning with the passage of days.
To the extent I doubted that I had bought a used room, because it had many defects.
The choice of room (Chinese) was a very, very bad choice
Distinguished by them maintenance responding to you. And they go long.
Advice: stay away from the Chinese rooms, even if they spoil you with their price.
