★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I made the reservation and checked in it was oreads past midnight night.
I had contact the hotel manager and said I was on way from airport but since it’s past mid night how could I check in and he advised me to book online.
When I booked online he said he was unable to check me for that night as it didn’t allow him in the system and now I would have to call the central reservation team so I spent an hour plus trying to solve this and it was unhelpful. I was coming from a 23 hours flight and I was sitting in the lobby trying to fix something which the hotel couldn’t fix. When I booked through points and cash it added free breakfast to it but when eventually the manager checked me in his manual system it didn’t show breakfast. So I paid for a booking with breakfast and when I was leaving early in the morning next day( I literally spent 7 hours or less at the hotel) and asked where breakfast was the front office told me it wasn’t included even though the duty manager at night confirmed I had breakfast. He even insisted that I pay for the early check in as they had manually adjusted the system (when in fact I checked in after 12:30 and was leaving at 7:45 am.
I lost my points and breakfast and it wasn’t a great experience. No one ever bothered to call me from the hotel later.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its just ok. Actually when I called the hotel for booking Sohour. I’m told that there is BBQ. Then, I booked for 2 ppl. However, I arrived there i found no ? grilled thing. It was less than expectations. I am sad because I am told that there is grilled meat and chicken. If I am not told from the beginning it would be totally fine. Tell me the truth or say I don’t know. Don’t guess plz.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Actually For several Years its still holiday inn gateway one of the best hotels i ever stay really its not about how big is the hotel and where its located its about the knowhow and the experience of the staff when you go their will find the hospitality and the Harmony of communication between you and all hotel department members really you have to go and discover it by your self . Thanks jeddah gateway team who makes me very comfort and happy at every visit . Big thanks ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Masha'Allah, from the front desk Ms.Areej was very friendly and she gave me and my son free breakfast. Inside the hotel has a very pleasant smell. Can't wait to come back here again with all the family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean and modernly designed rooms. Staff is very professional and accommodating especially , Naif. Very limited parking if you come back late. The location was good, close to main streets.

The services are fair and the staff in total are great and helpful.
The swimming pool is nice but not deep, sometimes it is not that clean.
The outer parking lots are few and the sun will make you regret staying at this hotel. The inner parking lots are very very very narrow and if you have a sedan it may stuck at the exit or at least you will have some scratches and hits from under.
The food is fair.
The fridges are too small and usually not that cold.
The view is bad so don't pay more for it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ice hotel, A little bit difficult to reach and do you have to have Google map to reach this hotel. The hospitality is amazing the staff are great and helpful the prices are good if you book 2 week in advance and above if you book like at the night of your flights the price will increase like in the most $100
They have 24 hour service kitchen the food is good no parking you have to park around hotel I think they have a basement parking but it’s not available I don’t know why or we cannot we couldn’t park there it’s close to the airport 10 minutes and 10 minutes from the mall of Arab and the area is great
The front desk were amazing when I came late they help me and they give me an upgrade really happy with my stay here.
I’d recommend this hotel to my friends and relatives
