تجربتي معهم، باني حجزت عندهم عمرة يوم ٣٠ رمضان وبعد ما ذهبنا الي موقع الاتوبيس لم نجد اي شئ، حتى انهم اغلقوا هواتفهم وتم عمل بلوك على الواتس اب .
Very bad campaign. It is forbidden to call it a campaign for Hajj and Umrah basically.
My experience with them, that I booked an Umrah with them on the 30th of Ramadan, and after we went to the bus site, we did not find anything, even they turned off their phones and a block was created on WhatsApp.

الباص إلى حد كبير كان كويس والمحطات اللي وقف فيها كلها ممتازة وكويسة الحمدلله
التلاعب كله كان في الفندق مع الحجز تم الاتفاق على فندق ٣ نجوم ولكن بعد ما وصلنا لقيت الفندق سالب ٣ نجوم لا خدمة زي الناس والغرف قذرة جدا جدا ...... رائحة وفرش متسخ جدا جدا جدا غير مغسول ومرافق الغرفة من ثلاجة وفرش ودولاب ملابس غير مصرح له بالاستخدام الادمي حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل في اللي
ظلمني ايا يكن مندوب الرياض او مندوب مكة المنتقم الجبار ....... تجربة للنسيااااااان
الرد على الاستاذ ابو مشعل : حجزت حملة ٣ نجوم انا وزوجتي ٣٥٠ ريال ومرفق لك الصور اخي الكريم اذا كنت ترى ان الصور والنظافة تدل على فندق ٣ نجوم فانت تحتاج الى طبيب نفسي فانا استبدلت غرفتين نفس المشاكل - الرائحة قذرة داخل الغرف - الثلاجة رائحتها قبر ومرسل صورتها - المفروشات كلها لا يتم تنظيفها اقسم بالله رأيت شعر على السرير كانه احد كان نايم قبلي على السرير والغطاء كله بقع صفراء زي الصورة المرفقة انا لو اعطيته نجمة واحدة اكون ظلمت حدائق الحيوانات هتكون انظف من كده وهيكون فيه اهتمام اكثر من كده والحمام مرسل اليكم الصورة وطلبت مرتين تغيير الدش ما حد سال
وهذا كله وانا سالت قبل ما احجز عن اسم الفندق وكان الرد من المندوب فندق ٣ نجوم الارض المتميزة ولكن تم التلاعب لنجد انفسنا في مكان غير مخصص للاستعمال الادمي
