โ โ โ โ โ I had Iftar with the clients here. Very friendly staffs to assist, decoration in the dinning hall is lovely, the food is amazing. Lots traditional food. Would love to come again in the future.

โ โ โ โ โ The poooorest service ever, they have a big hotel put no one there to guide you. I came i lost time searching for my room and then searching for the salon.
Even when i ask their phone number, they donโt even know.
The reception doesnโt know ether.
Iโm a bride and they just destroy my wedding day. Make sure to not go their.
I will not pay this price again to them.
Fraser hotel is much better.

โ โ โ โ โ The hotel is good with clean rooms and services. The breakfast area is nice as well with the ful (Fava beans) being as good as I've been told. The issue I can't get over is how slow the front desk is. I'm not talking about when they're at capacity or when everyone is checking out. I'm talking about when there are 3-4 people being serviced by 3 windows, and it'll be at least a 10 minute wait. I'm not sure if the system is slow or if training needs to improve, but it happens every time I go to the front desk. Every person can't be having a problem that needs extra time/attention. If this were fixed, it would be a pretty good stay.

โ โ โ โ โ The hotel location is perfect. The breakfast is nice. Thats the only good thing to say. But why itโs a one star?! They will ask you for insurance amount deposit despite the fact that you are a regular guest.
I never stayed in a 5 star hotel asking for the same !! In addition, the staff donโt care, they just requested: pay or you cannot checked in !

โ โ โ โ โ One of my favorite hotel destinations. Very cozy, modern and sophisticated. Room service is quick and attentive. The restaurant in the second floor is by far my favorite breakfast options. You have to try the Fattah, it is absolutely delicious!

โ โ โ โ โ Rooms seem a little dated, which is odd considering it's not an old hotel.. But they are spacious. Valet is super slow. Staff are friendly and polite. Had great
experiences at the restaurants. Would stay there again because the location is very convenient for me but it's a little overpriced imo.

โ โ โ โ โ Great hotel! Amazing value for the price. Room service is top notch and all the restaurant staff are well trained and extremely friendly. My only complaint is that getting hot water was hit or miss. Sometimes almost cold. For a 5 star hotel hot water should be a given- I was a bit annoyed - but overall great experience!
