★ ★ ★ ★ ★ المكان جميل ونظيف ، مساحات الغرف مناسبة جدا ، والمطبخ كبير لكن لي عليه ملاحظات : الثلاجة صغيرة جدا لا تناسب للعائلة الكبيرة ، غير مجهز بأدوات طبخ ، والأهم جهاز الطبخ الكهربائي نوعية غير جيدة ، ولا يفي بالغرض لمن يريد تجهيز الطعام بنفسه .
The place is nice and clean, the rooms are very suitable, and the kitchen is big but for me. Notes: The fridge is too small for the big family, it is not equipped with cooking utensils, and most importantly the electric cooker is not good quality, and it is not enough for those who want to prepare the food themselves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ السعر مناسب لكن للاسف الكنب مكسر .والفرش طلبنا زياده قالوا متواجد وحده فقط قبلنا فيها جانا الفراش وسخ والوساده وسخه ...ولا يوجد بها محفزات للنوم فيها ...اللي يبيها ممر فقط يرتاح شوي ويمشي ولا يوجد بها موكيت او سجاد ماتصلح للعائله ابدا ....الله حق الاستقبال شاب سعوديين واخلاقهم عاليه ومحترمين ..لكن النظافه فاشله فيها حتى الممر اللي قدام الغرفه مانظفوه الا بعد مادخلت ....

ابسط النظافة غير موجودة ، مكيف حار مايبرد ?
مكتومه الغرفة طلبت زيادة طراحة وجابولي اللى بالصور وسخة واطلب منهم بطانية زيادة يقول مافيه مخلصة
*والله اني جلست نص يوم الايجار وسويت شك اوت 'تسجيل خروج' ماقدرت اجلس شي غريب ان معهم صريحة ل تأجير الناس ، البلدية او الجهه الرسمية تعطي تصاريح وتسحب عليهم مافية متابعة ، المفترض ان كل شهر يجيهم مراقب التجارة ويشوف ويقيم وبذالك يجدد الرخصة او يلغيها حتى يوفي الشروط
من نظافة و خدمة وهل تستخدم او تعتبر انتهاء خدمة "تالفة" الى اخره

طلبت منهم تنظيف الشقة سحبو مانظفو واليوم الثاني كلمت أخ محترم و فاضل جداً قال ابشر ماقصر الشاب بصراحة
ولكن نظفو الشقة تنظيفهم غير جيد يعني يسلكون لك
السعر مناسب لاكن الخدمة??????
معى العلم زرتهم قبل7اشهر تقريباً كان جديد ونظيف وخدمة جيدة.. لاكن للأسف تغيرو للأسوأ ??????
