★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very bad experience with Hertz in Saudi Arabia (Jeddah).
First, they offer you a bunch of cars in thier website but when you go to branch you realize that these cars don't even exist. Not because they aren't available at that time! No! They actually don't have it!!
Second, they claim that they have a branch in Jeddah airport. Guess what! They don't! I had to wait 40 minutes until thier driver came and picked me up and drove me half an hour to thier branch.
I just gave 2 stars because of the workers, they were very friendly and it seems like they have nothing to do to help me. The management has to do something to improve the service!
I used to be a Hertz customer back when I was in the United States. Now, I don't recommend this rental company to anyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I waited for 45 minutes for them to pick us up at the airport. During the reservation on their website it states, "on airport property". After the reservation was complete it says a driver will pick you up and take you to the car 15 minutes away. The people that work the night shift are very very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very efficient staff. Super friendly. And appreciate their customers. I was upgraded to a car two classes above my initial reservation for no extra cost. Im definitely going to be a regular customer of theirs. Not to mention the cleanliness of their cars. ?
