★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a very bad experience yesterday, from the manager of Herfy Haifa Mall. We ordered a kiddie meal and we picked the Barbie toy. The Barbie toy’s hair was broken, the hair on the head was not on. We tried to return it and get a new one from Herfy but they insisted that we broke it, we told them that we didn’t, but they still refused. The manager was rude and was shouting & yelling and talking disrespectfully and in a angry way. and even when they gave us they toy at the end, he gave it to us with angriness. He threw it on the counter in a very rude attitude.

I made an online order and they don't know how to print receipt..
They forgot to add fries in my order...
It wasn't crowded but with little customer that too they can't manage..
It will be my last visit.
