Totally disheartened.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ice cream (cone) flavor was changed. When we inquire about that they inform us about the milk is changed by the company. But truly taste was bitter.
Appreciating the effort they didn't charge for that.
But when we visit another branch of herfy very next week, the taste was as good as it was from the beginning.
Confused......that's y 4 stars. But I like herfy... ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was night but the place was awfully crowded. The workers did their best to cope with the orders but felt bad for them cuz they were under pressure. Good food as always. Hire more people for night shifts to make the staff work smoothly.
