★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was super crowded, there was no place to workout. On top of that, they continued on making offers and more people where singing up. Not enough lockers not enough equipments. As well as,seeing people working on equipments wrong under no one supervision.
I had 6 mouths membership I came only the first mouth after that The place was unbearable from how much it was crowded!
You can’t just come workout and finish with out waiting along time for one equipment to be empty.
It was a disappointing experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This gym is so messy, the ventilation is bad in half of the building, some of the management are rude, no one ever puts back their weights so there’s always dumbbells all over the place. Some of the machines leather is worn out, and they don’t even provide foam for their smiths machine (that barely does anything). However, the classes were fine and bathroom was clean I can give them that. It’s not a place for serious weight lifting or exercising.

Very clean and organized place
The gym provides variety of services.
Very competent trainers.
Only thing that need to be improved is the kid waiting area. It is a very useful service and very organized but need to be expanded to accommodate the increase in number of customers.

I took a membership for the national day and when I wanted go to the gym the day after they didn't wanted to accept me because I have one dose of vaccine (Janssen it's one dose). I pay the Uber to go and back more than 60 SAR for nothing! They are not professional at all. they don't give me my money back UNACCEPTABLE

- the service is really bad
- the gym size is getting bigger on accounts of the service
- the pool is always under maintenance.
- the staff are not very friendly, one time i brought my own noodle foam to the pool ( while they have foams there but i prefer mine) and they didnt believe its mine!! As if i would steel their foams ??
- the bathrooms are poorly cleaned (always no tissues)
- poor ventilation in the locker room
- half the lockers are closed and all the lockers are without locks
- no changing rooms
- half the machines are not allowed due to distancing but some of the ones that are allowed is not working
All in all it’s a very bad experience yes they have variety of classes and there’s a spa and morrocan bath but it’s waaaaay not enough.
