★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alhumdullilah our experience with Doctor Fawaz idress was very good. Staff is kind and humble. My first IVF fails but they treat us with patience. And we got success in 2nd attempt with twin pregnancy. Alhumdullilah. Thanks to Allah , doctor and coordinator Adeela. She corporate with us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After finding this clinic online and reading a few positive reviews on Dr. Fawaz, my husband and I decided to begin our IVF journey at HealthPlus. Unfortunately, it has been a terrible experience so far. We had a phone consult setup with the doctor after being given the package price. 2 days later we get a call from someone at the clinic demanding we send 575 SAR to their IBAN for the consult. This is after we were given the package price! I called in to get clarification and the lady said she was transferring me to someone named Abdullah. I was on hold for 15 minutes before she HUNG UP on me. This told us all we needed about this clinic. I’ve asked on the phone and via message for the price and keep getting dodgy answers. We were really hoping to conduct our IVF here, but after this experience we have been completely turned away from this clinic. They definitely do not value patients nor do they know how to treat others. Save yourself the extra emotional distress and find another clinic with workers who actually care about you as a patient. RUN AS FAR AS YOU CAN!
If the owners care at all, here is some advice: hire coordinators that care about patients and speak to us with respect and care.

We’re always kept waiting for a long time without any kind of feedback.
On the day of the procedure itself the staff arrived late and, once again, we were kept waiting.
Not to mention that the estimate we were given is nowhere near the real cost of the procedure…
Very disappointing experience…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We chose to proceed with our IVF journey with HealthPlus because their clinic focused on fertility. We wanted to avoid going to a hospital that's very crowded especially during a pandemic. HealthPlus has a great complete facility that has almost everything you need. The only thing I can suggest is to have a pharmacy in the same floor/building for fertility medications. We are grateful to the staff. The nurses were very caring, the receptionists were helpful, our coordinator Tala was very responsive and our Doctor Fawaz Idris was trustworthy.
