١/ المكان شبه هادئ وذلك لقربه من الشارع العام.
٢/ مسطح اخضر واهتمام برشه بشكل مستمر.
٣/ نظافة المكان.
٤/ وجود ألعاب أطفال.
٥/ مواقف سيارات.
*العيوب:
١/ بعض اطراف الحديقة ليست مزروعة.
٢/ لا توجد بقالات وستضطر للذهاب للمحطة تبعد تقريبا ٣ كيلو.
٣/ لا توجد دورات مياه.
٤/ لا توجد مغاسل مياه.
٥/ لا توجد مضلات او سواتر. ستضطر للجلوس تحت ظل النخل. شي غريب جدا منتزه بدون مظلات او سواتر.

*Defects:
1/ Some parts of the garden are not planted.
2/ There are no groceries and you will have to go to the station, which is approximately 3 km away.
3/ There are no toilets.
4/ There are no water sinks.
5/ There are no umbrellas or screens. You will have to sit under the palm trees. Something very strange park without umbrellas or screens.
