★ ★ ★ ★ ★ رغم كون الحديقة وسط منطقة سكنية إلا أنها بعيدة عنه بالقدر الكافي
يوجد مسجد جامع بجوار المسجد وهذا يوفر جهد البحث عن مسجد لأداء الفريضة
يوجد به ملعب وأرجوحات وكراسي متباعدة ومواقف للسيارات ويحتوي على مكان خالٍ للجلسات الشبابية (والعزابية خصوصًا?)
الجهة الأخرى منه تطل على شارع متوسط للسيارات ويأتي الهواء العليل من ناحيته غالب الوقت
