أنا والدة الطفل عمر المسلم
اكتب هذا التعليق إبراءا للذمة بعد أن حاولت التواصل مرارا مع وزارة العمل والتنمية الإجتماعية لتقديم شكوى ضد الروضة بخصوص تعاملهم الرديء وفشلهم في توفير بيئة آمنة وصحية وسليمة لطفلي عمر
كان بإستطاعة الوزارة أن تغلق الروضة من خلال زيارة واحدة فقط لهم والكشف عن عدم أهلية الموظفات والمبنى ليكون مقرا تعليميا
ولكن للاسف طلبوا أن تكون الشكوى ورقية في مقرهم بحي منفوحة مع إجراءات معقدة ومراجعات لا طائل منها.
فاللهم اني بلغت فاللهم فأشهد

I am writing this comment as a disclaimer after I repeatedly tried to communicate with the Ministry of Labor and Social Development to file a complaint against the kindergarten regarding their poor treatment and their failure to provide a safe, healthy and sound environment for my child Omar
The Ministry was able to close the kindergarten through just one visit to them and to reveal the ineligibility of the female employees and the building to be an educational headquarters
Unfortunately, they requested that the complaint be on paper at their headquarters in Manfouha district, with complicated procedures and useless reviews.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ دخلت طفلين لي وكانت البداية تعامل راقي جدًا رُغم المراوغة الي صارت. لكن بعدها وبنفس اليوم بنتي بدت تطلع لي أشياء سيئة للغاية لم يتم ذكرها لي في البداية!!!
تشغيل لابتوب على اليوتيوب لقنوات تُسبب سوء تصرفات للأطفال! عدم وضع وقت للعب مع وجود ألعاب خارجية جيدة!
ولا يوجد أي انشطة غير مشاهدة الابتوب -قرابة ٣٠ طفل على شاشة صغيرة للابتوب!!!" مع انهم ذكروا لي بأن "التلفزيون مهجور في الدور السفلي" لكن الواضح لي بأنهم ما يستخدمون غيره.
وحتى لما صارحت للمديرة بجميع الي حصل قالت "راح اجازي الاستاذة" لماذا لا يوجد إشراف منذ البداية؟!!!
ويتم عقاب الأطفال بتوجيه رأسهم إتجاه الجدار!! مع عدم فعلهم أي غلط يُبرر هذا التصرف
جميع منسوبات المركز "كذابات" المركز ماراح يخرج غير أطفال كذابين وعصبيين!.

And even when I told the director about all that had happened, she said, "I will pass the teacher on." Why is there no supervision from the beginning?!!!
Children are punished by turning their heads towards the wall!! They did nothing wrong to justify this behavior
All the center's employees are "liars." The center will only come out with liars and nervous children!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تجربتي مع الحضانة سيئة بالبداية مع التسجيل كان ياخذون الاوراق ولا حتى يعروف شكل بنتي او حتى سجلوا رقمي او طابقوا الاوراق فعرفت انه ما فيه اي اهتمام بعدد الاطفال عندهم اهم شي يدخلون اكبر قدر ممكن من الاطفال وكلمتهم باول يوم ابي احد يصور لي بنتي بما انه ممنوع الدخول للداخل ( بحجة قوانين وهمية ) للاسف ما فيه اي رد من جهتهم ، والمعلمة عندهم وحدة لكل المراحل سواء روضة سواء تمهيدي ،، اذا بكى الطفل عندهم ما فية اي مراعاة للطفل او يحاولون بتهدئته بدل من ذلك يقفلون عليه الغرفة ويخلونه لحاله هل هذا يعتبر من باب التاديب ضمن سياستهم !!
او هل هاذي تعتبر من الاخلاق الانسانية مع التعامل مع الاطفال ؟
نصيحة اخوية لا تدخلونهم الا وانتم متابعين معهم او لا تدخلونهم وانتم عندكم خيارات اكثر وانسب من هاذه الحضانة..

Or is this considered a human morality with dealing with children?
Brotherly advice, do not enter them unless you are following them, or do not enter them when you have more and more appropriate options than this nursery..
