★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredible ‘mifa’ fish! Comes with a traditionally made bread and some sides. Mifa is the way of cooking which is a deep dug clay oven where they place charcoal in the bottom of it then the fish is placed on top, the bread on the walls of the clay oven and it would be sealed until the meal cooks slowly. A must stop!
