★ ★ ★ ★ ★ المهندس حازم للامانة الشغل ما كان معة بهذيك الاحترافية ورغم اننا طلب تصميم معين زودنا بتصميم مختلف ، ولا يوجد اي تعاون منه مع العملاء اطلاقا، اضافة الى ذلك لم يضيف لنا اماكن تواجد القطع ولم يزودنا باي معلومات تساعدنا في التنفيذ مما اعاق عملية التنفيذ لدينا.. للاسف مصمم مبتدئء و يوجد من لديه الخبرة الافضل بهذا المجال

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ انا دائماً يهمني بالمصمم أسلوبه وتعامله وصبره على العميل وفهم متطلباته
ولكن للأسف مكتب المهندس حازم يفتقد لهذه المقومات
يسمع أول مرة منك وبباقي الجلسات يطنش كل شي ينقال له
بالإضافة إلى أخذه للمبلغ كامل وحق العميل يجيه مقصقص
ومن أمثلة القصقصة
١- جدول مواصفات وكميات مافيه لا كميات ومواصفات
٢- تصاميم مو مكتوبة تفاصيلها رغم اني دافعة على عمله في المساحات
٣- تصاميم خيالية غير قابلة للتنفيذ
٤- عند السؤال عن التفاصيل يضجر ويغضب ويقول وش يعرفكم في عمل المهندسين
٥- عند طلب ايضاحات للتصاميم لا يقوم بالرد
٦- لغة التكبر وانه احنا فاهمين وانتو وش دراكم قوية وحاضرة في أسلوبه. وإشعار العميل انت وتصاميمك ولا شي قدام مشاريعنا الكبيرة
اتمنى يطورون عملهم وبالتوفيق
