Takes minimum 2 weeks o find an appointment, and even when the car is taken not everything is checked. For example, I took my car recently to get it maintained (oil change) however, after two weeks my breaks started squeaking, they needed to be changed while the service center did not even mention that the breaks were obsolete.
Anyhow, i requested my breaks to be changed and they said that i would have to pay, then 2 weeks later my breaks would arriver, and then i would have to book an appointment which would take another 2 weeks ... so basically they want you to drive around with no breaks for 1 month or just don’t drive.
The problem is you cant find Haval breaks anywhere else !
Although Haval cars are great price/value propositions, after sales services are horrendous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s looks very poor place, two staff are there and they are busy all the time, spare parts store within the waiting area.
Waiting area is very small and not enough for large number of customers.
Call center will answer you after a number of calls and mostly they will ask you to call back within a week or two.
Now days if you want to visit them make sure you are totally free with no appointments.
I hope they will make changes when I come next time.

I have been going through a worst experiences for the past 3 months with various manufacturing defects, and to my disappointment, the Workshop not willing to cover under. Warranty. I can't even claim insurance since its not accident case. For every visit, I was charged more than 1700 SAR @ my first visit. Parts unavailable, taok more than 3 weeks and had to afford rental car. Second issue still persisting, slapped with 4300 SAR bill for not my fault. I strongly suggest not to buy Haval Cars or else you will invite nightmare for yourself.
