The burgers are over cooked
the staff don't know the difference between the burgers
Bathrooms are filthy
They need to keep up with the game as there are a lot of other restaurants who are providing more verities and more options in the menu

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the worst experience a fast-food restaurant can provide.. I ordered through hunger station and I'd go back in time to scratch that if possible.. The food arrived an hour late of the promised time, Cold and short french fries.. They have a sandwich called Santafae chicken ! Its by far the worst chicken sandwich I've ever tasted I don't know how its made !! Though I had pleasant experiences long ago.. Hardees you guys need to step up your game or else...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the burgers here. They are some of the tastiest burgers around. However, I really do not like the new set up of the place. No family section anymore. Some people just want a private experience with their family. I think this is the last time I will be dining in at this location.
