I ordered their promotion, chicken and beef duo ( 4 orders, one of the burger I add mushroom.) But i received a wrong order. And one of the item that included in the promo is missing, that is the chicken tender wrappers (4 pcs.) All patties is chicken fillet. They forgot to put 1 drink also. I lost my money from these fast foodchain store. Please do your service well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The last time I visited, the drive-through lady was very rude to me and in front of my family.. I ordered 2 superstar beef meals, my choice from the beginning was Coca-Cola without Ice, I was waiting for ages at the car, finally, she showed up, and gave me my order. I checked the items, and then I realized the drink is with Ice, so I asked her gently to remove the Ice, she told me if I require a drink without ice, she will give me a can bottle instead of a Machine drink, I got shocked and disappointed by her reply then I told her this is the first time I'm hearing this since the first day I started visiting Hardeez. After that, she started smashing the paper cups very hard with angry eyes and she nearly throw the drink at me, I respect and admire the provided service and standard of such one of the biggest and the most delicious burgers. However, my last experience was very unpleasant and I would like to fix this issue in future.
