★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time experience on this very comfortable and relaxing system of transportation. The two hour journey from Medina to Makkah was flawless.
However the management needs to work on the online reservation portal as it was down fir two days. I had to go and purchase the tickets at the station.
The stations are very nice, clean and modern. The staff at the station needs to be fluent in English language as most of the passengers using the system and services are non Saudis. The poster staff is very eager to help and was very helpful in answering questions that the Saudi seemingly well educated personnel could not understand or answer in English.
