★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1- nice looking station but no transfer method is available. No bus , taxi , uber , careem, etc.
And no restaurants , cafes , or even a small grocery to buy water.
2- employees treated me like a child, I was waiting for the train and they forced me to sit down all the time. Their excuse is “ to be safe” while I was literally 20 meters far off the railway!! I am never going to travel again by train.
3- our train was delayed +2 hours with no apparent reason. They said there was a “ small “ technical problem. Which means “ major” in their dictionary.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All employees are very good and soft spoken, well trained, well mannered except the guy and girl on the ticket counter. I was shocked to see that guy was not interested to talk to people not knowing proper English/Arabic. He let them go but didn't took an effort to approach them and I didn't understand why girls are employed? Just for head count? Just to use mobile during duty hours? Everything except ticket counter is very good. You should travel if you can tackle the ticket counter.

And Good service form The KAEC Station Staff.
but habe problem.
KAEC Service is good but. there are problem no coffee shop, No texi, No Bus, you are going to any place Emergency other place need a one day, and this place is very quiet.
