★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So clean...easy to navigate...and professional personnel (stuffs)who are really devoted to their job and willing to offer a helping hand if need be. Personally I had loaded myself with too much baggage and one of the the stuff voluntarily helped me to carry my baggage to the main exit....I thank God that we still have nice...good employees and i recognise that good Samaritan as a HERO and deserves a reward and a crown or a promotion for that matter...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The business class and wasn't worth it, if you're looking to decide which one to go with for a long distance trip, definitely go with the economy. The only difference is few seats (not all) comes with a middle table. The staff did not help us with the luggage, when I asked for help he took the small one and when I went back to get the rest he was gone. There was absolutely no food service "due to covid" but price was rock solid same. However the convenience of travelling via train was great. One more point, be careful once stepping out the train, the trolly boys will attack to help you to push the trolly for maximum a 200meter till the road for 17 reyals!

Very fast boarding process
The staff are very welcoming and polite
You can book any time you want there is a good variation in time specially from Madinah to Jeddah
You can choose to arrive in KAIA or Alsalama station
Thanks to the government of Saudi Arabia for this ??

2.15 hours from Madinah to Makka.
No wifi on board.

I travelled economy as business was full but I don’t think you miss out on much.
Most importantly it is Punctual.
On board cafeteria is above par.
Stations are better than airports.
Helpful and friendly staff.
The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star is due to its website which needs some serious work. With such a professional service, it’s a pity they are let down by a slow and non user friendly website with a lot of glitches.
