The great thing about this pet supply store is not only their products and services, but the fact that they do not sell animals like the majority of pet shops here.

It’s my to go pet shop. Their prices are fair. And employees are nice too.

Found this awsome pet store while searching on Google. Very grateful! Finally a respectful owner and his team who truly care about their customers and their pets. The patience and generosity of Mr. Rayan with his kindness are something I wish to see in every store in Jeddah. The owner and his excellent trained team are always ready to help and find the best solution. Their products are carefully stocked so you will never see something dusty or near expiry. They are at any customer service either in the store or via phone call or even via Whatsapp. Such a positive and awsome experience for me! ???? It was my first visit via my daughter who loved the store and its beautiful energy. Many more will follow! ??? I avoid shopping in stores in Jeddah but this pet store is on my top list and will stay! ?? Communicating so easily with Rayan the owner and his assistants with their courtesy and professionalism is something I miss a lot in Jeddah. Never giving up hope in this beautiful young generation that wants to achieve amazing things for the country. ????? I was hoping they get it during the last months. Found online something safe and a bit similar to Royal Canin. Hills Science for Small Dogs, in the Science Plan category. My dog has no disturbed tummy or gains more weight. Hopefully at Happy Tails they get it. This store is still one of my favorites. Although there has been many unavailable items I need, and sometimes they had not so good attendants but in whole they still have good service in the store.

Great pet store, they don’t sell pets at all, only products. If you care about animal rights and don’t want to support puppy mills go with them.

Store is organized clean. Minimal basic needs for your pets, nothing specialized. No grooming services

They have Royal Canin cat food right now (December 29, 2021), even with the pet food shortage happening in Jeddah at the moment. What's more, they have several types of it! (e.g. hair & skin, kitten, hairball, weight control formula, etc.) Plus, they have a nice variety of cat litter, including a few kinds of silicone litter (they also have regular and clumping litters). There are cans of soft food and some toys and other supplies. Upstairs they have live goldfish and guppies. I appreciate that the store is clean and well-maintained and that they're NOT selling kittens and puppies in cramped cages. The cherry on top was the staff - the woman working there was friendly, knowledgeable, and spoke excellent English! She is a gem! I'm definitely coming back.

Amazing place.. Nice staff, quality goods and pricing is very good.. Considering the shop is on al hamra district. Strongly recommended ?
