★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تجربة سيئة للاسف. بعد ما قلت للي تشتغل وش ابي بالضبط قالت لي نص ساعة ويجهز، بعد نص ساعة جيت وهم ما بدو فيه اصلا!! وقالت لي انتظري اشرحي للعامل وش تبين مره ثانية، بعدين قعدت انتظر اكثر من نص ساعة زيادة و حط لي نوع ورد غلط. ما فيه اي احترام لوقت العميل.
 Unfortunately bad experience. After what I told me, what does my father work exactly? She told me half an hour and it was ready, after half an hour I came and they did not look at it at all !! And she said to me, "Wait, explain to the worker, and what will happen again?" There is no respect for the customer's time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الموظفات خدومات ويحاولون يكسبون الزبون ، بس الشخص اللي ماسك جوال المحل تعامله مستفزّ ولا يمتلك أدنى اساسيات التعامل المهنِي .
المحل بشكل عام حلو وفيه خيارات ورد صناعي وسلات متنوّعة ، وكذلك الورد الطبيعي جيد ،
الاسعار حليوَه ، والجودة متفاوِته .

The shop in general is sweet and has various options of artificial roses and baskets, as well as good natural roses,
The prices are good, and the quality is uneven.
