★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ممتاز لكن مايتوفر اي خدمات للسكان من بقالة او محطة او بنشر او صرافة او سوبرماركت او مطعم وغيرها من المستلزمات الاساسية.
Excellent, but there are no services available to the residents such as grocery, station, publishing, money exchange, supermarket, restaurant and other basic necessities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ البيت يبي له شوي ترتيبات ويطلع ممتاز لايوجد به اسواق ولا بقالة فيه بعض البيوت تاجر الماء المشروع حاليا غير واصل الجامع الكبير غير مكتمل المساجد بالحارات مناسبه جدا لايوجد حدائق ولا ممشى الي تاريخ كتابة هالتعليق
وافضل شي انه على الدائري الشرقي من اي مكان بحايل بسرعه تاصله وبعيد عن الزحمه
The house needs some arrangements and looks excellent. It does not have markets or groceries in it. Some of the houses are the water merchant. The project is currently not continued. The Great Mosque is incomplete. The mosques in the alleys are very suitable. There are no gardens or a walkway. As of the date of writing this comment
And the best thing is that it is on the eastern ring road from anywhere in Hail, quickly and far from the crowd

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الحي مرتب ومنظم ونظيف ولاكن هناك بعض الملاحظات اول شيء على الفلل وطريقه البناء المساحه ٥٠٠ م والماباني صغيره جدآ وغير مناسبه كاتخطيط داخل المنزل كحمامات ونطبخ وغرفه وصاله والبناء تم على دور ونص ؟ ؟ لم يتم إكمال نص الدور العلوي ليش ؟؟ تصميم البيت الخارجي فاشل جدآ للأسف وغير مرتب وهذا سبب نفور الناس عن الاسكان او يتم اخذ قروض اضافيه ويتم التعديل عليه? الابواب الخارجيه والشبابيك صغيره والملاحظات ليس لها نهايه...
ثانيآ.. الحي يفتقد الى المرافق العامه من مساجد ومدارس ومستوصف حي وبعض الخدمات كالبقالات والمخابز والصيدليات .....الى اخره لم يكتمل الخدمات
يفتقد الى التشجير من البلديه والترتيب مدخل الاسكان

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Roads almost immediately started to wear down. Typical. Even tho it’s close to the city, yet it’s located behind the mountains, so it’s pretty cut off from the city.
