★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a ridiculous place to stay. Pretty far from Haram. No cleanliness in the hotel rooms, no wiper in the bathroom and no staff service for the guests. Bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst hotel l have ever been in Saudi Arabia. The room is filled with old and broken furnitures. There is no light in the wash room!!! There are not enough lights in the lobby also. There is no mobile network inside the room which sounds really irritating. The odur inside and outside of the room is disgusting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place to stay. If you want to trouble yourself, do not hesitate to book this hotel. Cleanliness worst, staff worst, hospitality worst. Taqwa tours and travels darya ganj , this agent gives this hotel , just do not go to them . Last month my old parents had a bitter experience. Also, the people in hotel are bad mannered . washrooms dirty fridge doesn't work. other hotels in the same area in the same price with better facilities. around 9 to 10 people in sharing room. u can imagine the situation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everest place to stay I have experienced in my life. No respect new hospitality with low mentality. Rooms are dirty belts are small no gifts are working no water in the washroom. Very far from home and no facility at all. Staff is very ill mannered and uncultured. If you want to spoil your umrah trip this is the best place to choose.
