★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor doctors with bad attitude they only think about your insurance or the cash that you will gave them. The doctors should think about their clients not abou our insurance or money. It's my first and last time to go there.
دخلت على دكتور الباطنيه وبعد الكشف كتبلي العلاجات. طلعت وانا نازل تذكرت العذر الطبي ركعتله يقولي ماقدر اكتبلك العين علي من الوزارة،،!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ they are not accomodating especially reception in 1st floor very bad experience i go to hospital to get 1st aid but the nurse of gp doctor doesnt assist me. she frowning just they give me the same meds that same what im taken just another brand they prescribe waiting for almot 1 hour and doesnt treat me right.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firstly the reception there dont know how to use the Iqama number and insurance number. When I gave them the insurance number they are using it as Iqama number and said there is no data. And due to this I had to pay by cash.
Secondly the doctor did a bacterial culture for a simple diaper rash which wasn;t necessray at all. This is a very common problem in infants and can be treated without the need for elaborate culture test. It is just a way to extract money. So better to avoid going to this place unless there is no other option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The reception ladies on the first floor are so unprofessional and all over the place. They’re clueless and have zero respect for patients. There were four of them and yet I had no help whatsoever. They have attitude and are extremely rude. The management should invest in training them.

Explained every step of the procedure, answered all my questions with positive and professional attitude. 100% satisfied by his work. Thank you for making me feel safe.
