★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst customer care experience at this store . I urge all the customers to double check their receipts before they leave the store . I was charged for a set of 3 sweatpants when I bought only one and instead of being apologetic they started questioning me as if I am mistaken . They could’ve simply checked what the sales women folded and put in my shopper through the CCTV footage if they had any doubt. No customer will ever return for 60 SR claim.
It’s not a matter of few riyals for the customer but it’s actually a fraud which is committed . I think the supervisor is equally involved. He didn’t take any prompt action . The audacity to intimidate the customer is the worst . People should be very vigilant when visiting this store . I will never visit this store again .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this as I reside nearby and it is such a life saver when I have to buy anything in a rush! They have vast variety of kids and women. If you have to shop for men, don't come to this branch! There is no men's section.
