★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad customer service, I did 2 gear repair with them and exactly after 6 months the original problem shows up. Plus they charge more than the other gear repairer. The parts they use are not original and you will find out after original problem show up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A computerised diagnosis costs 150 SAR, however, the result is not in print but a hand written piece of paper illegible. In my case he had mentioned every part to be inspected inline to a problem. A normal.mechanic can get that done without even have it diagnosed. The technician doesn't even talk or advice. An utter bad service to say the least. Moreover the cost to repair at the garage is a super hype and totally not worth.
I rather suggest to figure out a place to have the issue diagnosed and the resolved at a different place. It is always cost effective, provided one has time to do so.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's great shop and they will fix your issue. They are pricey but their work guaranteed and they advise you each step of the way. I understand why people think its fruad because the price but you get what you paid for. There will be cheaper shops around but found their services great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They change torque converter on my 2015 Escalade and so far the car works perfectly. The communication was clear and so the description of the repair work. I also took my Wrangler Jeep to replace brake pads and rectify rotors and the car works perfectly. Good Job ?
