لا انصح بشراء اجهزة جيباس ولو بـ 5﷼

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ معاملة سيئة جدا جدا... من قبل البائعين الهنود، صارت معي مشكلة في جهاز بعد شرائه ب ٦ ايام ورفضوا استبداله أو أرجاعه عشان رميت الكرتون، طبعا المدير مو موجود والصولة والجولة فقط لموظفي المعرض. تهاوشت معهم بس دون فائدة
اخدت رقم المدير واتصلت فيه بحسب انه بيتفهم الموضوع ويقدر يحتوي الموقف..المكالمة الاولى كان فيها ترحيب قال بيحب الموضوع، الثانية ماعاد رد على اتصالي...
وانتهى الموضوع بقبولي انه يودوا الجهاز للصيانة و قبل مااخرج قال لي اللي جالس على الصندوق لا عاد تيجي المحل وتشتري من عنا...
وتواصلت مع الصيانة بعد ١٠ ايام قال الجهاز خلص روح المعرض واستلمه.
رحت المعرض حتى استلمه.. نفس الصوت اللي كان طالع فيه من قبل وازود.
والصورة اللي تحت بتوضح لكم عن الحرفية سواء بالاستقبال أو حتى بالصيانة. وهذا واضح من طريقة تركيب القفص
أين الإدارة من هذا الكلام كله.

And the matter ended with my acceptance that they wanted the device for maintenance, and before I went out, the one sitting on the box told me that you would not come back to the store and buy from us...
I contacted the maintenance department after 10 days, and the device said the showroom had finished and received it.
I went to the exhibition until I received it.. the same sound that I had seen before and increased.
