أما البرنامج الثاني فهو تـطويري ويتألف من مجموعة برامج تطويرية لمهندسي وإداري الطرق والمــرتبطين بقطاع صناعــة الطرق، ويـكون على شـكل دورات وورش عمل تدريبية. حيث يتم استقطاب خبراء متميزين من حيث التأهيل العلمي والعملي وذو الخبرة في مجال هندسة وصيانة الطرق.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ صحيح المعهد معتمد لكن يقولون لك ان فيه توظيف بالمرتبة السادسة سواء بالبلدية ولا الوازرة او الامانة غير صحيح هذا حتى ان في ناس تعينو على الخامسة كشركات برضو كل الي توظفوا ماتعدو مرتب ٦٠٠٠ريال بالكثير الشركات حتى مافيها محفز مادي كويس والتعيين الحكومي ضعيف بالنسبة لتخصص ذا

especially Dr.Islam what a great teacher he respect and wants the best for even thought i'm bad in studying and spacing out in his classes but he still wanted the best for me so that why i will always forever thankful for him i respect him alot he deserves better
