لايوجد ما يميزه عن غيره لرفع الاسعار
نفس اثاث بقيه الشقق الأخرى ونفس النظافه والفرق ١٠٠ ريال بالسعر
في المواسم تمتلئ جميع شقق بقعاء ويبقى الرمادي لديه شاغر
احيانا اذهب لحائل واستاجر اول شقه بنفس السعر وافضل اثاث ونظافة
ليس بخل ولكن الاستغلال وغياب الرقابه

The same furniture as the rest of the other apartments, the same cleanliness, and the difference is 100 riyals in the price
In seasons, all apartments are filled with spots, and gray remains vacant
Sometimes I go to Hail and rent the first apartment for the same price and the best furniture and hygiene
Not stinginess, but exploitation and lack of control

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ لاباس فيه بس يبالغون في الاسعار الغرف المفروووض يقللون من الاسعار لجذب الزور بالمطقة للاستجار عندهم
There is nothing wrong with it, but they exaggerate the prices of the rooms. They are supposed to reduce the prices to attract visitors in the area to rent with them.

اوصي بالسكن عندهم
