★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tired compound. RUDE and unprofessional security. Compound is badly maintained. There is water puddles everywhere around, especially in the morning. Security is rude and unprofessional. I would chose this compound to stay ONLY if I have no choice available. Horrible road condition. VERY RUDE, UNPOLITE AND UNPROFESSIONAL SECURITY PERSONNEL

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We lived in this Campound for a year one of the best in Riyadh great pools wonderful atmosphere nice staff, maintenance at its best , greenery is great but need more attentions , Sharif the manager there is a wonderful man and has great people working with him take the tenants very happy at all times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ havent stayed in other compounds, so no comparison possible. didnt like that the pools were not well maintained (quite dirty with pigeon dirt and feathers) and maintenance would be slow solving issues (took a week to fix a broken AC at peak summer period)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My company has contracted with Granada for my apartment, that is the only reason I live here. Although the staff here is very friendly, this is by far one of the worst residential compounds in Riyadh. The place looks old and tired! Maybe it was nice 20 years ago, but not today. As soon as you drive onto the property you can see the terrible roads, landscaping and housekeeping. The unit I'm in is clean, but old. It doesn't have come with cable tv or internet. (Although they are currently laying fiber optic lines). The amenities are probably the most disappointing. None of the restaurants are open, the pools are dirty and not well maintained. I could go on, but you get the picture. Bottomline, the owners need to invest in a "facelift" of this property! I've had the opportunity to see other residential compounds here in Riyadh and they have ALL been nicer than Granada. Looking for a nice, comfortable compound, look some where else... This is NOT a 4-Star residential compound. Don't believe me? Come see for yourself!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This compound is very badly managed. I emailed the management with a number of complaints while living there for 6 months, they didnt have the decency to reply.
All of the facilities are still closed following the Govt. raids.
The compound culture has a definite clique, if you are Egyptian you will be fine,there are very few European Nationals living here.
The main external pool is not clean, you can feem the slim on the bottom of the pool, there are flocks of pigeons drinking and dirtying the pool daily any attempts to prevent the birds from fouling are not working.
